Sign In Method

Unsure of your email address:

If you are unsure of the email address you used at sign up, or if your email address is not being accepted, please contact us via hello@mywallst.com. We would be happy to help.

Social Sign Up:

Please be advised, it may be possible that you have signed up using our Social Sign Up feature. If you believe that this is the case, you can log in by tapping on the Google, Facebook, or Apple icons featured on the Log In screen.

Forgotten Password

Resetting via our Website:

  1. Navigate to the Log In page of mywallst.com.
  2. Tap ‘Forgot Your Password’.
  3. Enter your Email Address and tap Continue.
  4. Click the verification button in the received email.
  5. Choose a new password

Resetting via our Mobile App: 

If you are logged in to your MyWallSt account and need to reset your password, you will need to log out in order to follow the password reset steps. 

  1. Navigate to the Log In page of the MyWallSt app.
  2. Tap ‘Forgot Password’.
  3. Enter your Email Address and tap Continue.
  4. Enter the code received via your e-mail.
  5. Choose a new password

Please be advised, signing out of your MyWallSt account will automatically unlink your DriveWealth brokerage account for security reasons. You will then need to re-link your brokerage account when you sign back in. For more details on how to re-link your brokerage account you can follow the steps here
