Cancelling Your Web App-based Subscription


If you originally set up your subscription on our website, then the below instructions will help you cancel.

  1. Follow this link
  2. Select Manage
  3. Click on the Cancel Plan option

  1. Open MyWallSt on the web and Log In
  2. Select the 3 dots labeled as 'More' in the bottom left-hand corner
  3. Choose Account
  4. Select Manage
  5. Click on the Cancel Plan option

 

If you have attempted to cancel your subscription but it hasn’t worked, then you have probably tried to cancel in the wrong place. 

Our subscriptions correspond to the place where you first set up your subscription with us. Thus, all those who signed up on our website would need to also cancel there. 

All subscriptions originally set up on the MyWallSt mobile app on an Android phone need to be canceled in the same place, or directly through the Google Play Store

All subscriptions set up on the MyWallSt mobile app on an Apple phone must be canceled in the same place, or directly through Apple’s App Store.
