If your subscription is processed by Apple's App Store, then the below instructions will help you cancel through the app, or directly via the App Store
- Open the MyWallSt mobile app
- Navigate to the Side Menu
- Tap Manage Subscription
- You will be brought to your App Store Account
- Navigate to your Subscriptions
- Tap MyWallSt
- Cancel Subscription
If you have attempted to cancel your subscription but it hasn’t worked, then you have probably tried to cancel in the wrong place.
Our subscriptions correspond to the place where you first set up your subscription with us. Thus, all those who signed up on our website would need to also cancel there.
All subscriptions originally set up on the MyWallSt mobile app on an Android phone need to be canceled in the same place, or directly through the Google Play Store.
All subscriptions set up on the MyWallSt mobile app on an Apple phone must be canceled in the same place, or directly through Apple’s App Store.
Please note that if you are unable to cancel on your mobile app then it is likely that you have a web app subscription. You can find instructions here
